5×DNA Sample loading buffer是一种经过适当改良的5倍浓缩的DNA上样缓冲液。该试剂以溴酚蓝为指示剂，稀释至1×后比重仍然较大，加样后易下沉，且颜色清晰可见，起到电泳指示的作用。主要由溴酚蓝、二甲苯青FF、Tris-HCl等组成，使用时需稀释至1×使用。
