描述:7-Amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)coumarin (Coumarin 151) is a 5-Hydroxytryptamine Receptor Subtype 1E (HTR1E) antagonist. 7-Amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)coumarin is a Galanin Receptor 2 (GALR2) antagonist. 7-Amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)coumarin is a galanin receptor 2 (GalR2) antagonist. 7-Amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)coumarin is a HSD17B4, hydroxysteroid (17-beta) dehydrogenase 4 inhibitor with the activity value of 21 uM.
