GS缓冲液，加入20-40?l 蛋白酶 K 溶液，加 150 ?l 缓冲液GB，充分颠倒混匀。56℃放置 4-7h左右4小时一般够了，每个小时颠倒一次最好。后边的步奏不说了要么是沉淀，要么过离型柱哈哈把提取血的来提组织省了钱啊！！！！！！！！ps7：OD比值不好，怎么办？一般离心柱法一般都好，沉淀法一般都差一些，延长蛋白酶 K 的步奏一般会有效，还有就是管它好不好，如果是做PCR的话，一般没有问题
