液裂解细胞，用移液器适当吹打使细胞脱落，大瓶贴壁细胞可以先用胰酶洗脱下来后再裂解，裂解方法仿照悬浮细胞处理。 B、 悬浮细胞的处理：先将悬浮细胞置于 EP 管中 3000 rpm 离心 5 min 去掉上清培养基，每 20 μL 体系细胞加 100 μL 裂解液反复吹打至细胞完全破碎。 处理好的样品 12000 rpm 离心 5 min，取上清即为提取的蛋白。置于 4 ℃ 可保存一周，-20℃ 可保存约 2 个月，-80 ℃ 可保存半年。 蛋白浓度的测定：酶标板，酶标仪、离心机、1 mg/mL
