关于SAP：
Serum Amyoid P Component (SAP) is a monomeric 25 kDa secreted serum glycoprotein that belongs to the pentraxins family. The members of pentaxin superfamily be characterised by calcium dependent ligand binding and distinctive flattened β-jellyroll structure similar to that of the legume lectins. SAP is a non-fibrillar component, it can interact with DNA and histones. It regulates the solubility of amyloid fibrils and protects them from degradation by proteolytic enzymes and phagocytic cells. SAP scavenge nuclear material released from damaged circulating cells. It has been proposed that SAP may function as an opsonin for a variety of ligands including autoantigens, apoptotic cells, chromatin and micro-organisms.

关于Glypican 5：
Glypican 5 is encoded by the gene GPC5, and belongs to the Glypican family. It is 572 AA at lenth, and has a natural variation on its 155 location at which ‘A’ can mutata into ‘V’. This protein mainly exist in cell membrane and is usually secreted to extracellular space to do its function such as bearing heparin sulfate. In adult, Glypican 5 is primarily expressed in the brain, and can also be detected in fetal brain, lung and liver.

关于Oncomodulin-1：
Oncomodulin-1 (OM) is a small, calcium-binding protein and a macrophage-derived growth factor, which can promote axon regeneration in retinal ganglion cells. Oncomodulin-1 is constitutively secreted by activated macrophages in the vitreous and retina in response to inflammatory conditions that promote optic nerve regeneration. Oncomodulin-1 binds RGCs with high affinity in vitro, but only when cAMP is pharmacologically elevated or if the membrane is permeabilized allowing Oncomodulin-1 access to the cytosolic compartment. Oncomodulin-1 is a member of the superfamily of calmodulin proteins and is a high-affinity calcium ion-binding protein and contains 2 EF-hand domains. OM is found in early embryonic cells in the placenta and also in tumors. It has some calmodulin-like activity with respect to enzyme activation and growth regulation.
