| Recommended Usage: | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunohistochemistry. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 1.0 - 5.0 µg/ml is suggested. For immunofluorescence microscopy, a concentration range of 0.1-10 μg/ml is recommended. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 - 5.0 µg per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues Pre-treatment: Sodium Citrate pH 6 (Cat.
