十多年的细胞研究结果证实，即使在成功的基因靶向实验和种系嵌合体生产所需的长期培养过程中，ESGRO®LIF补充物仍能够维持小鼠ES细胞和iPS细胞的多能性状态，从而使其成为未分化小鼠ES细胞培养的金标准。ESGRO®培养基补充物含有强效、纯净的HPLC级重组小鼠白血病抑制因子(LIF)。每批ESGRO®补充物均在最佳浓度和活性下配制，以获得重复性结果。
