StabilGuard免疫检测稳定剂使用完全合成配方，消除了背景干扰。短时间孵育即可发挥有效封闭作用。只需孵育5min，就可进行下一步实验，延长孵育时间也没有不利影响。
SurModics免疫检测稳定剂都经过ISO 13485:2003；ISO 9001:2008认证。

稳定性研究
使用单克隆或多克隆IgG抗体检测StabilCoat、StabilGuard稳定剂对蛋白的稳定作用（见下图1、图2）。使用StabilCoat、StabilGuard稳定剂或1%牛血清蛋白稳定包被的微量滴定板。抗体包被板干燥后置于室温。把不同包被时间的微量滴定板和新包被板比较，室温放置30月后，StabilCoat稳定剂单克隆抗体保留70%活性，多克隆抗体保持95%的活性。StabilGuard稳定剂单克隆抗体保留大于85%活性，多克隆抗体保持90%的活性。
