Protein（91108ES）和HiActi® Recombinant Mouse IL-4 Protein（90144ES）进行小鼠骨髓来源树突状细胞（BMDCs）的体外诱导培养。实验方法显示：将C57BL/6小鼠骨髓细胞接种于含20 ng/mL GM-CSF、10 ng/mL IL-4的RPMI 1640完全培养基中，于第6天收集悬浮及弱贴壁细胞，用于后续RL-LNPs与PEG-LNPs处理、树突状细胞成熟检测、细胞因子检测及蛋白质组学等实验
