LS-F29315 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human CNN1 / Calponin in samples of Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Sandwich CLIA assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CNN1 / Calponin as low as 46.875 picograms per milliliter.
About CNN1 / Calponin
Thin filament-associated protein that is implicated in the regulation and modulation of smooth muscle contraction. It is capable of binding to actin, calmodulin, troponin C and tropomyosin.
