隐血即胃肠道少量出血,此时粪便中有少量红细胞被破坏,该现象肉眼及显微镜均不能证实,但可通过相应方法检测出其有无。本试剂盒通过对尿粪样本进行检测,其检测原理是:隐血中血红蛋白有拟过氧化酶作用,可催化过氧化氢释放新生态氧,后者将3,3'-dimethylbenzidine;o-tolidine氧化成蓝色。此外,本品对慢性消化道出血,如:消化性溃疡,药物对胃粘膜的损伤、肠结核、克隆病等和消化道恶性肿瘤(如:胃癌、结肠癌等)的筛选均具有重要价值。
本试剂盒适合用于人的粪便类样本的测定,可进行100个样本的测试。

操作方法*
- 滴加试剂一(3,3'-dimethylbenzidine;o-tolidine溶液)2-3滴于白瓷板上;
- 滴加试剂二(过氧化氢)1-2滴;
- 如不变色,立即挑取粪便少许与上述试剂混合;
- 观察结果。
结果判定
| 阴性(-): | 3 min后不显蓝绿色 |
| 弱阳性(+): | 30-60 s内显蓝色 |
| 阳性(++): | 立即显蓝绿色 |
| 强阳性(+++): | 立即显深蓝色 |
