板准确度的浓度范围（线性范围）和线性曲线的重复性，是客户选择酶标板品牌着重考虑的因素。下面的酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）实验中，我们考察了Nunc Maxisorp和其它竞争品牌酶标板的准确性和线性范围。 实验方法 用商业化ELISA试剂盒中的稀释液来准备包被试剂：将0.1ml的捕获抗体溶液（稀释至4 μg/mL）加入酶标板的每孔中，密封酶标板，室温下放置过夜。重复洗酶标板3次，每个孔中加入0.3 mL封闭液（10 g/L 溶于PBS的牛血清白蛋白溶液），抚育一小时，重复
