板准确度的浓度范围(线性范围)和线性曲线的重复性,是客户选择酶标板品牌着重考虑的因素。下面的酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)实验中,我们考察了Nunc Maxisorp和其它竞争品牌酶标板的准确性和线性范围。 实验方法 用商业化ELISA试剂盒中的稀释液来准备包被试剂:将0.1ml的捕获抗体溶液(稀释至4 μg/mL)加入酶标板的每孔中,密封酶标板,室温下放置过夜。重复洗酶标板3次,每个孔中加入0.3 mL封闭液(10 g/L 溶于PBS的牛血清白蛋白溶液),抚育一小时,重复
