General description

牛胰腺核糖核酸酶A是核糖核酸酶A蛋白质超家族的成员之一。它是最具有特征的蛋白质，是肾脏形状的基本蛋白质。该蛋白质由124个氨基酸组成。核糖核酸酶A的天然形式是同二聚体。

Biochem/physiol Actions

核糖核酸酶A催化RNA转磷酸化和降解。它是第一种被确认具有使DNA变性功能的蛋白质。该酶能够和单链（ss）RNA聚核苷酸链上多个结合位点结合，然后降解它。它和身上DNA以相似的方式发生作用，导致DNA解旋。通过串联获得的核糖核酸酶A二聚体对癌症细胞有毒性。

Preparation Note

核糖核酸酶A在10mM Tris-HCl,pH7.5,15mM NaCl中溶解，浓度为1到10mg/ml。加热到100℃，15分钟使得里面的脱氧核糖核酸酶失活，然后逐渐降温到室温，分装。Roche建议随后储存在-15到-25℃。

Other Notes

一单位酶活性导致A₀比A₁吸收率在实验条件下降低。A₀ 比A₁对应总转化，A₁是终吸收率。

仅用于生命科学研究。不可用于诊断。
