General description
DNase I是一种可降解DNA的双链特异性内切核酸酶。牛胰腺脱氧核糖核酸酶I(DNase I)是DNA小沟相互作用的核酸酶，特异性相对较低。该蛋白质由两个中心β折叠构成，而每个折叠由六个β-链所组成。该结构被大量的环以及α-螺旋区域包围。该酶与核酸外切酶III具有结构相似性。DNase I是研究得最透彻的哺乳动物来源的内切酶之一。

一个单位表示在测定条件下导致吸光度以0.001每分钟的速率而增加的酶活力。
仅用于生命科学研究。不用于诊断操作。
Preparation Note
激活剂:二价金属离子(Ca2+,Mg2+)
工作浓度:0.01至1mg/ml
注意:必须针对每种细胞类型单独确定工作浓度。为实现最佳活性，酶须添加5mM Mg2+。
用无菌的双蒸水对冻干酶进行重悬(10mg/ml)；用PBS(磷酸盐缓冲液)、HBSS(Hank′s平衡盐溶液)或培养基进行进一步的稀释。
