钙粘着蛋白(cadherin)
钙粘着蛋白(cadherin)是细胞质膜中的细胞粘着分子,但是这种分子介导的细胞粘着受Ca2 的调节。钙粘着分子家族中比较熟知的属于膜整合糖蛋白的成员有:E-钙粘着蛋白(主要在表皮组织中)、N-钙粘着蛋白(存在神经组织中)、P-钙粘着蛋白(主要存在于胎盘)。钙粘着蛋白的细胞外部分有600个氨基酸残基,组成四个重复的Ca2 结合结构域,细胞质部分有150个氨基酸。
