Propidium Iodide染色液产品简介:
PI 染色液可用于细胞凋亡检测,也可用于普通的细胞核染色以及某些特定情况下的双链DNA 染色,染色后可用荧光显微镜检测或流式细胞仪检测。Propidium Iodide是一种DNA 结合性染料,其激发和发射波长分别为488nm 和630nm,产生红色荧光,但无膜通透性,不能透过活细胞膜,只能染死细胞。因此,在荧光显微镜下观察,正常细胞不能着色,早期凋亡细胞呈微弱红光,晚期凋亡细胞红光加强,坏死细胞呈强红色荧光。也可采用流式细胞仪利用细胞形态上的改变影响它们的光散射特性改变进行分析,还可与RNase A结合进行细胞周期分析。
