【产品概述】
本产品用于免疫印迹法（Western Blot）检测中，通过湿转方法，将经过PAGE分离的蛋白质或多肽分子转移到固相载体（PVDF膜或硝酸纤维素膜）上，从而便于抗体检测目的蛋白；亦适用于半干转法转印分子量较大（100 kDa以上）的蛋白样品。本产品pH值为8.5，因此对于等电点较高的目标蛋白应使用更高pH值的转膜缓冲液。
【产品组分】
10 x Wet Transfer Buffer for Western Blot 500 ml
【保存条件】
室温或4℃保存一年；含有甲醇的1 x工作液可于4℃密闭保存1个月。
【注意事项】1.为避免转膜过程中产热过多，可将1 x Wet Transfer Buffer工作液预冷至4℃或将转印槽置于冰浴中；
2.转移效率可通过观察预染蛋白marker的转移情况推测，也可通过丽春红染膜或考马斯亮蓝染胶等方法判断。
