保存建议：阿克拉霉素A，蛋白酶体抑制剂建议收到产品后至于4℃保存，有效期2年。溶解后的溶液保存于-20℃，有效期最高为1个月。避光保存。
背景资料：UPS(Ubiquitin-proteasome system,泛素-蛋白酶体系统)是细胞内蛋白质降解的多组分系统，它参与细胞的生长、分化，DNA复制与修复，细胞代谢、免疫反应等重要生理生化过程。蛋白酶体（2.5MDa）：由2个19S和1个20S亚单位组成的桶状结构，19S为调节亚单位，位于桶状结构的两端，识别多聚泛素化蛋白并使其去折叠。19S亚单位上还具有一种去泛素化的同功肽酶，使底物去泛素化。20S为催化亚单位，位于两个19S亚单位的中间，其活性部位处于桶状结构的内表面，可避免细胞环境的影响。
