General description
Taq DNA聚合酶是一种高度持续的5'→3'DNA聚合酶，缺乏3'→5'核酸外切酶活性。它是一个单一多肽链，分子量约为95kDa。
Taq DNA聚合酶最初是从嗜热真细菌 Thermus aquaticus BM中分离的，该菌种缺乏Taq I限制性内切酶。该酶已克隆至 大肠杆菌中。
Application
