Target
Leptin, also called obesity factor, is a protein produced by adipose tissue, which has a regulatory influence on food intake, energy metabolism and reproduction. Leptin may also play a role in immune and inflammatory responses and hematopoiesis.

文献和实验以加入菌体外霉素、抗毒素等各种方法进行处理，使其抗原性不发生改变而毒性被减低的一种物质。类毒素一词为P． Ehrlich所命名。一般使用类毒素可使活体对细菌毒素产生能动性免疫。为人们所熟知的是白喉类毒素的福尔马林处理物制成的减毒素（ ana－ toxin： G． Ramon， 1932）。
细菌的外毒素经甲醛处理后，失去毒性而仍保留其免疫原性，能刺激机体产生保护性免疫的制剂。常用的甲醛溶液的浓度是0.3～0.4％。它可使细菌外毒素的电荷发生改变，封闭其自由氨基，产生甲烯化合物（CH2 =N-）。其他基团（如吲哚异吡唑环）与侧链的关系亦可改变，成为类毒素。常用的类毒素有白喉类毒素，破伤风类毒素。另外，若在类毒素中加入适量的磷酸铝或氢氧化铝，即成吸附精制类毒素。该类制剂在体内吸收较慢，能较长时间刺激机体，使机体产生高滴度抗体，增强免疫效果。类毒素也可与死疫苗混合
