General description
PCR 级dGTP是100 mM的无色澄清钠盐溶液（pH 8.3）。Roche的PCR级核苷酸经过特殊制造和纯化，达到化学纯度。PCR级核苷酸含有至少99％的相关脱氧核苷-三磷酸（dNTP）和少于0.9％的脱氧核苷-二磷酸（dNDP）。
Application
2′-脱氧鸟苷5′-三磷酸三钠盐可用于DNA测序、PCR和其他基于DNA聚合酶的DNA合成和修复技术。
Biochem/physiol Actions
2′-脱氧鸟苷5′-三磷酸可用于体内合成，通过DNA聚合酶合成DNA。
Quality
采用RT-PCR进行功能检测。根据现行质量控制程序检测是否存在污染的脱氧核糖核酸酶、核糖核酸酶和切口活性。

Preparation Note
