关于IL-15：
Human Interleukin 15 (IL-15) is a cytokine that regulates T cell and natural killer cell activation and proliferation. IL-15 binds to the alpha subunit of the IL15 receptor (IL-15RA) with high affinity. IL-15 also binds to the beta and gamma chains of the IL-2 receptor, but not the alpha subunit of the IL2 receptor. IL-15 is structurally and functionally related to IL-2. Both cytokines share some subunits of receptors, allowing them to compete for and negatively regulate each other"s activity. The number of CD8+ memory T cells is controlled by a balance between IL-15 and IL-2. Despite their many overlapping functional properties, IL-2 and IL-15 are, in fact, quite distinct players in the immune system. IL-15 is constitutively expressed by a wide variety of cell types and tissues, including monocytes, macrophages and DCs. Mature Human IL-15 shares 70% amino acid sequence identity with Mouse and Rat IL-15.

关于CHIT1：
Chitotriosidase-1 (CHIT1) is a glycoprotein that belongs to the Glycosyl Hydrolase 18 family and Chitinase class II subfamily. It is secreted by cultured macrophages and serves to degrade chitin, chitotriose and chitobiose. CHIT1 may participate in the defense against nematodes and other pathogens. It is highly expressed in the plasma of patients with Gauchers disease type I, which can be used as diagnostic aid and to evaluate the success of treatment that brings levels back to normal. The amino acid sequence of human CHIT1 is 99%, 76%, 75% and 55% identical to that of chimp*(代"a")nzee, rat, mouse and fruit fly, respectively.

GDNF family receptor alpha-2 is a glycosylphosphatidylinosito l (GPI)-linked cell surface receptor. It is part of the GDNF receptor family. Glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) and neurturin (NTN) are two structurally related, potent neurotrophic factors that play key roles in the control of neuron survival and differentiation. GFRA2 mediates the NRTN-induced autophosphorylation and activation of the RET receptor. It also able to mediate GDNF signaling through the RET tyrosine kinase receptor. It acts preferentially as a receptor for NTN comp*(代"a")red to its other family member, GDNF family receptor alpha 1.
