描述:甘油三酯由甘油与脂肪酸酯化物,是血脂的主要成分,是机体重要的供能物质。在病理条件下,各种组织细胞合成和储集的甘油三酯显著增加。高甘油三酯和高胆固醇血症是临床最常见的高脂血症,与多种疾病有关。试剂盒采用甘油磷酸氧化酶法与经典GPO Trinder酶学反应测定甘油三酯含量,符合世界卫生组织(WHO)、美国FDA、中国《全国临床检验操作规程》规定的甘油三酯临床检验标准。改进后可以测定血液、组织、细胞内、食品饮料甘油三酯含量,灵敏度高,线性范围20~2000 µmol/L。
测定原理:(1) 脂肪酶分解血清中甘油三酯为甘油。(2) 甘油激酶将甘油磷酸化生成3-磷酸甘油。(3) 后者被磷酸甘油氧化酶氧化。(4) 在过氧化物酶催化下生色底物,光密度值与甘油三酯浓度成正比。
用途:测定血液、组织、细胞内、食品饮料甘油三酯含量。
