Biochem/physiol Actions
溶血卵磷脂为氧化型低密度脂蛋白的主要成分，并且与多种炎症反应包括动脉粥样硬化有关。用于使脊髓神经元脱髓鞘以及研究作为髓鞘再生基础的过程。它可激活蛋白激酶 C、p38 MAP 激酶、p42 MAP 激酶和 jun 激酶 (JNK) 途径，以及激活 c-jun 的转录。溶血卵磷脂在心肌缺血过程中积累并可能通过对细胞间隙连接通讯的解偶联诱发心率失常，以及通过提高心肌细胞的 Na+ 负荷增加缺血性损伤。它还可激活 TREK1、TREK2 和 TRAAK K+ 通道。
