关于β-Defensin4：
Defensins are cationic peptides. It is an important ingredient of the innate immune system. β-defensins are expressed on some leukocytes and epithelial surfaces. Four human β-Defensins have been identified to date: BD-1, BD-2, BD-3 and BD-4. β-defensins contain a six-cysteine motif, they forms three intra-molecular disulfide bonds. β-defensins are also chemoattractant towards immature dendritic cells and memory T cells. The β-defensin proteins are expressed as the C-terminal portion of precursors; they are released by proteolytic cleavage of a signal sequence.

60S Ribosome Subunit Biogenesis Protein NIP7 Homolog (NIP7) belongs to the NIP7 family. NIP7 contains one PUA domain, it is essential for the process of proper 27S pre-rRNA and 60S ribosome subunit assembly. NIP7 is a monomer form and interacts with NOL8 and SBDS, and may bind to RNA. In addition, NIP7 is one of the many trans-acting factors required for eukaryotic ribosome biogenesis, which interacts with nascent pre-ribosomal particles and dissociates as they complete maturation and are exported to the cytoplasm.

关于4-1BBL/TNFSF9：
Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 9(4-1BBL) is single-pass type II membrane protein which is a member of the the tumor necrosis factor family. 4-1BBL is a 254 amino acids cytokine that is expressed in brain, placenta, lung, skeletal muscle and kidney. TNFSF9 has been shown to reactivate anergic T lymphocytes in addition to promoting T lymphocyte proliferation. This cytokine may have a role in activation-induced cell death (AICD) and cognate interactions between T-cells and B-cells/macrophages. It has also been shown to be required for the optimal CD8 responses in CD8 T cells, and is thought to be involved in T cell-tumor cell interaction.
