关于CD7/GP40：
T-Cell Antigen CD7 is a single-pass type I membrane protein that that belongs to the the immunoglobulin superfamily. Human CD7 is synthesized as a 240 amino acid precursor that contains a 25 amino acid signal sequence and a 215 amino acid mature chain with a Ig-like (immunoglobulin-like) domain. CD7 is normally expressed on all T-lymphocytes, NK-cells, pre-B lymphocytes and pleuripotent hematopoietic stem cells. CD7 plays an essential role in T-cell interactions, T-cell/B-cell interaction during early lymphoid development, T- and NK-cell activation and cytokine production. CD7 has been shown to interact with PIK3R1and SECTM1. However, the function of the CD7 protein in the immune system is still largely unknown.

关于CLEC4E：
C-Type Lectin Domain Family 4 Member E (CLEC4E) is a 219 amino acid single-pass type II membrane protein that contains one C-type Lectin domain. It is expressed in monocytes, CLEC4E functions as a downstream target of C/EBP β and is thought to play a role in the inflammatory response, possibly via transcriptional control of C/EBP β. CLEC4E may play a role in the response to inflammatory stimuli in peritoneal macrophages and may be involved in immune surveillance processes under transcriptional control of CEBPB. Human CLEC4E shares 67% sequence identity with its mouse counterpart, suggesting a similar function between species. CLEC-4E exists as multiple alternatively spliced isoforms that are encoded by a gene which maps to a natural killer gene complex region on human chromosome 12.

Checkpoint protein HUS1 is a member of the HUS1 family, members of which are shuttled between the nucleus and cytoplasm. HUS1 is expressed in many tissues. HUS1 is a component of an evolutionarily conserved, genotoxin-activated checkpoint complex involved in arresting the cell cycle in response to DNA damage. DNA damage induced chromatin binding has been shown to depend on the activation of the checkpoint kinase ATM, and is thought to be an early checkpoint signaling event. HUS1 binds with Rad9 and Rad1 to form the 9-1-1 (RAD9-RAD1-HUS1) complex, which localizes to DNA lesions and promotes DNA damage signaling and repair or apoptosis and cell cycle arrest.
