产品描述：
IL6-promoter-Luc萤光素酶报告基因（报告基因质粒）（IL6-Promoterluciferasereporterplasmid）是翌圣生物自主研发的用于检测humanIL6-Promoter激活水平为目的的报告基因。IL6(Interleukin6)白细胞介素-6，简称白介素6，是一种重要的细胞炎性细胞因子，在炎性疾病的发生发展中起了重要的作用，常作为炎性反应的重要指标。IL6-Promoter报告基因主要应用于Jak/Stat信号通路的研究等和humanIL6-Promoter激活水平的检测等。pIL6-Promoter-Luc是翌圣生物改造后的哺乳动物真核表达载体，在其多克隆位点插入了humanIL6启动子，可以高灵敏度地检测humanIL6-Promoter的激活水平。同时，对载体中预测出的其它转录因子以外的结合位点进行了适当的突变，在保持原有功能不变的情况下，增加了质粒对转录因子结合的特异性。另外，由于质粒体积减小，使得IL6-Promoter报告基因质粒更易于转染。
