Maxwell® FSC DNA IQTM Casework Kit 专用于法医案件样本的纯化。样本类型包括血斑、精斑、毛发、烟蒂、人体组织样本或者“接触” DNA 等疑难物证。试剂盒以我公司经典纯化产品 DNA IQTMSystem 为基础，使用预装的试剂条使操作更加简单，纯化出的 DNA更干净，浓度更高。Maxwell® FSC DNA IQTM Casework Kit 采用了塑料试剂条和最新设计的磁棒适配器，最大洗脱体积不超过 50ul。其中试剂条里包含了裂解液、磁珠、洗涤液，洗脱液单独包装以求达到最佳保存效果。 The Maxwell® FSC DNA IQTM Casework Kit 和 Maxwell® FSCInstrument 纯化仪配套使用，纯化仪还配备一个平板电脑，操作更加简单和直观。Casework Extraction Kit (Cat.# DC6745) 可以和 Maxwell® FSC
DNA IQTM Casework Kit 配套使用，进行纯化前处理，可以提高各类型案件样本的纯化效率。试剂盒里包括离心吊篮（Spin Basket）和1.5ml 微量离心管，这两个组分都经过环氧乙烷灭菌，可以直接处理固体样本，无需经过棉签转移，简化了操作流程，并降低了交叉污染的风险。
