说明：
Vitronectin ( 人玻连蛋白 ) 由血浆中纯化。 Vitronectin 属于结构和功能同源的黏附蛋白组 ( 纤维蛋白原，纤连蛋白， Von Willebrand因子 ), 能够在凝血早期与血小板和血管壁相互作用。当其表面被包被后，很低浓度的玻连蛋白就可促使内皮细胞黏附、诱导细胞分布和迁移，这种作用是时间和浓度依赖性的。
活性：
当包被于组织塑料培养皿，玻连蛋白在低于 0.1μg/cm2 的浓度
下，就可促使无血清的培养基中的 BALB/3T3 纤维母细胞达到半数
黏附。在大约 0.2μg/cm2 达到最大黏附。
