Cisplatin，又名cisplatinum或cis-Diamminedichloroplatinum(CDDP)或CPDC，中文名称顺铂，是一种DNA交联剂和细胞凋亡诱导剂，常用作抗肿瘤药物。Cisplatin为重金属铂的络合物，作用类似烷化剂，主要作用靶点为DNA，可以促进DNA链内及链间交联(主要为链内交联)，导致DNA损伤，并激活DNA修复途径，当DNA不能被修复时就导致了细胞凋亡。Cisplatin属周期非特异性抗肿瘤药物。
Cisplatin分子量为300.05，分子式为Pt(NH3)2Cl2或Cl2H6N2Pt，CAS Number：15663-27-1。本产品为进口分装，纯度大于99%。
Cisplatin可溶于DMSO(10mg/ml)或DMF。Cisplatin在溶液中很不稳定，使用时尽量新鲜配制。
