SUMO 蛋白酶产品及特点：
SUMO蛋白酶，也称为ULP蛋白酶，是一种具有较高活性的半胱氨酸蛋白酶。SUMO蛋白酶以一种非常特异的方式切割蛋白，相对于 EK 和 TEV 等蛋白酶的短小识别位点，它特异性识别类泛素（UBL）蛋白的三级结构－SUMO（Small Ubiquitin-LikeModifier），而不是氨基酸序列，故该蛋白酶可以切割重组融合蛋白的SUMO。切割的最佳温度为30℃，该酶作用温度和pH范围（pH7-9）都比较广泛。酶切后，可通过Ni-NTA Resin亲和纯化很容易地将SUMO去除。本产品浓度为5 U/μL。
