关于CD19：
CD19 is a single-pass type I membrane protein containing 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. CD19 is expressed on follicular dendritic cells and B cells. In fact, it is present on B cells from earliest recognizable B-lineage cells during development to B-cell blasts but is lost on maturation to plasma cells. CD19 primarily acts as a B cell co-receptor in conjunction with CD21 and CD81. Upon activation, the cytoplasmic tail of CD19 becomes phosphorylated, which leads to binding by Src-family kinases and recruitment of PI-3 kinase. CD19 Assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation. Defects in CD19 are the cause of immunodeficiency common variable type 3 (CVID3) which is a primary immunodeficiency characterized by antibody deficiency, hypogammaglobulinemia, recurrent bacterial infections and an inability to mount an antibody response to antigen.

  本酶是单链特异性3"→5"核酸外切酶，从ssDNA的3"-OH末端分解生成5"-单核苷酸。对单链DNA的特异性非常高，不分解双链DNA及RNA。可通过80℃，15分钟的热处理使之失活。本制品是把Exo I基因(E. coli)在大肠杆菌中进行表达后，经多次纯化分离而得到的。

产品用途：
1、酶解法清洁PCR反应产物。
2、如需对PCR产物进行测序，需去除反应体系中残存的引物及dNTP，否则测序反应则不能正常进行。外切核酸酶I可用来去除残留的单链引物以及扩增反应中产生的多余的单链DNA。虾碱性磷酸酶（SAP）用来去除残存的单核苷酸（dNTP），之后不需要对PCR产物进行纯化，即可以进行测序反应。此法可以避免繁琐的胶回收、柱纯化、沉淀、磁珠、过滤、透析等方法。
3、在反应液中去除ssDNA fragment。

活性定义：以热变性小牛胸腺DNA为底物，在37℃、pH9.5的 条件下，30分钟内产生10 nmol的酸可溶性物质所 需要的酶量定义为1个活性单位 (U)。

质量保证：经多次柱纯化，SDS-PAGE胶检测仅可见清晰单 一的目的条带；PCR方法检测无大肠杆菌DNA残 留，无核酸内、外切酶污染。

热失活：65℃，20分钟。

关于CDH16：
Cadherin-16(CDH16) is a single-pass type I membrane protein which contains six cadherin domains. Mature cadherin proteins consist of a large N-terminal extracellular domain, a single membrane-spanning domain, and a small highly conserved C-terminal cytoplasmic domain. Cadherins are calcium-dependent cell adhesion proteins and may contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells. Three calcium ions are usually bound at the interface of each cadherin domain and rigidify the connections, imp*(代"a")rting a strong curvature to the full-length ectodomain. CDH16 is exclusively expressed in kidney, where the protein functions as the principal mediator of homotypic cellular recognition. It plays a role in the morphogenic direction of tissue development. CDH16 is composed of an extracellular domain containing 6 cadherin domains, a transmembrane region and a truncated cytoplasmic domain. However, it lacks the prosequence and tripeptide HAV adhesion recognition sequence typical of most classical cadherins.

Sedoheptulokinase (SHPK) belongs to the FGGY kinase family, and is mainly located in cytoplasm. SHPK is strongly expressed in liver, kidney and pancreas. SHPK catalyzes the chemical reaction: ATP + sedoheptulose = ADP + sedoheptulose 7-phosphatecan, It can transform sedoheptulose to sedoheptulose 7-phosphate in the condition of ATP, and acts as a modulator of macrophage activation through control of glucose metabolism. In addition, It also can be down-regulated by LPS.
