关于AG-2：
Anterior Gradient 2 (AGR2) is an 18-21 kDa member of the PDI family of enzymes. AGR2 is widely expressed in secretory cells, such as small intestine goblet, prostate epithelium, enteroendo*(代"c")rine cells, and multiple carcinoma cell types. AGR2 forms transient disulfide linkages with molecules destined for secretion, possibly aiding protein folding. Expression of AGR2 shows a positive correlation with expression of estrogen receptor in breast carcinoma and a negative correlation with expression of EGF receptor. Mature human AGR2 is 155 amino acids (aa) in length (aa 21 - 175). Cys81 is presumed to participate in intermolecular bond formation. Over aa 21 - 175, human AGR2 shares 94% aa identity with mouse AGR2.

关于EGR1：
EGR-1 belongs to the EGR family of C2H2-type zinc finger proteins. It is a nuclear protein and functions as a transcriptional regulator. EGR-1 recognizes and binds to the DNA sequence 5-CGCCCCCGC-3(EGR-site).The products of target genes it activates are required for differentiation and mitogenesis. Studies suggest this is a tumor suppressor gene. EGR-1 has a distinct pattern of expression in the brain, and its induction has been shown to be associated with neuronal activity. Several studies suggest it has a role in neuronal plasticity. EGR-1 has also been found to regulate the expression of synaptobrevin II (a protein important for synaptic exocytosis).

Ribonuclease K6 (RNASE6) is a secreted protein that belongs to the pancreatic ribonuclease family. Human RNASE6 is synthesized as a 150 amino acid precursor that contains a 23 amino acid signal sequence, and a 127 amino acid mature chain. RNASE6 is expressed in many tissues, with high expression levels in the lung, with lower expression levels in the heart, placenta, kidney, pancreas, liver, brain, and skeletal muscle. It is also detected in monocytes and neutrophils. RNASE6 may have a role in host defense.

Tryptophan synthase is a multienzyme α2β2 complex composed of two protein subunit. Tryptophan synthase catalyzes the last two steps in the synthesis of L-tryptophan (L-Trp). The α-subunit catalyzes cleavage of 3-indole-d-glycerol 3′-phosphate (IGP) to give indole and D-glyceraldehyde 3′-phosphate (G3P). Indole is then transferred through a 25-Å hydrophobic tunnel to the β-subunit. The β2 subunit contains pyridoxal 5-phosphate and catalyzes several pyridoxal 5-phosphate-dependent reactions, including/3-elimination reactions 6 and a thiol-dependent transamination reaction. This enzyme is commonly found in Eubacteria, Archaebacteria, Protista, Fungi, and Plantae, but is absent from Animalia. As humans do not have tryptophan synthase, this enzyme has been explored as a potential drug target.
