| 产品描述： | Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) is the carrier protein for cholesterol in the blood. LDL binds to its receptor on the capillary walls and thereby mediates the uptake and clearence of cholesterol from the circulation. In atherosclerotic lesions oxidatively modified LDL is found and oxidized LDL is specifically recognized and ingested by macrophages via scavenger receptor A and CD36. Oxidized LDL may be a marker of atherosclerosis but the precise changes in oxidized LDL are not well described. MDA-treated LDL appear to be different from LDL oxidized by other means. This antibody reacts with MDA-treated LDL but not with native LDL. |

文献和实验吗？如果是的就比较容易了 参与者：无影无踪 细胞内的检测需要经过适当的处理，即制成约10%的匀浆液，放置-20℃冰箱内，反复冰融3次，然后用显微镜观察细胞是否完全破碎，如不完全则继续冻融2次，再以4000转/分，离心15分钟，匀浆上清液作SOD、MDA测定。而细胞上清则无须这些步骤，直接检测即可。 细胞测MDA有以下建议，希望有帮助 1.细胞的量要大，用75 cm 2 的大瓶比较好。细胞量少了最后比色时值可能和空白一样。
