| 产品描述： | Peroxisome proliferator activated receptor delta (PPAR- delta, PPAR-beta, Nuclear hormone recptor 1, NUCI1) binds peroxisome proliferators such as hypolipidemic drugs and fatty acids. Once activated by a ligand, the receptor binds to a promotor element in the gene for acyl-CoA oxidase and activates its transcription. PPAR- delta controls the peroxisomal beta-oxidation pathway of fatty acids, belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor NR1 subfamily, and contains 1 nuclear receptor DNA-binding domain. |
