| 产品描述： | Factor I, a serine protease, is a regulatory component of both the alternative and the classical complement pathway. Factor I is synthesized as a single chain precursor of 88 kDa, processed to yield the active form, composed of two disulfide-linked chains, the a-chain (50 kDa) and the b-chain (38 kDa). Plasma concentration is 35 µg/ml. This antibody is specific for the alpha-chain of human factor I. |
