60S Ribosome Subunit Biogenesis Protein NIP7 Homolog (NIP7) belongs to the NIP7 family. NIP7 contains one PUA domain, it is essential for the process of proper 27S pre-rRNA and 60S ribosome subunit assembly. NIP7 is a monomer form and interacts with NOL8 and SBDS, and may bind to RNA. In addition, NIP7 is one of the many trans-acting factors required for eukaryotic ribosome biogenesis, which interacts with nascent pre-ribosomal particles and dissociates as they complete maturation and are exported to the cytoplasm.

  Cre重组酶是细菌噬菌体P1的I型拓扑异构酶,催化loxP位点间的DNA进行位点特异性重组。本酶无需能量辅助因子，Cre-介导的重组很快在底物与反应产物之间达到平衡。loxP识别元件是一34bp序列，其两端是两个13 bp的反向重复序列，中间是起定向作用的8 bp间隔区。重组产物根据loxP位点的位置和相对方向而不同，两个含单loxP位点的DNA将被融合。两个正向重复loxP位点间的DNA将以环状形式切割，而两个反向loxP位点间的DNA序列将被翻转。
  本制品是把编码细菌噬菌体P1 Cre蛋白的质粒在大肠杆菌中进行表达后，经多次纯化分离而得到的。

产品用途：
1、两个loxP位点之间DNA的切割；
2、含loxP位点DNA分子的融合；
3、loxP位点之间DNA序列的翻转。

使用建议：建议进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳前，将Cre重组酶反应混合物于70℃温育10分钟。

质量保证：经多次柱纯化，SDS-PAGE胶检测仅可见清晰单一的目的条带；PCR方法检测无大肠杆菌DNA残留，无核酸内、外切酶污染。

活性定义：在50 μl反应体系中，37℃ 30分钟条件下，使0.25 μg的pLox2+对照DNA产生最大位点特异性重 组所需要的酶量定义为一个单位。最大重组可以 通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析或通过反应物转化后行 *苄抗性平板筛选。

EGFR is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the protein kinase superfamily. This protein is a receptor for members of the epidermal growth factor family. EGFR is a cell surface protein that binds to epidermal growth factor. Binding of the protein to a ligand induces receptor dimerization and tyrosine autophosphorylation and leads to cell proliferation. Activates at least 4 major downstream signaling cascades including the RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK, PI3 kinase-AKT, PLCgamma-PKC and STATs modules. May also activate the NF-kappa-B signaling cascade. Also directly phosphorylates other proteins like RGS16, activating its GTPase activity and probably coupling the EGF receptor signaling to the G protein-coupled receptor signaling.

关于TREM-2b：
Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-2 (TREM-2) is a cell surface receptor primarily expressed on macrophages, osteoclasts, microglia and dendritic cells. TREM-2 is one member of the TREM family, inhibiting the releasing of inflammatory mediators, so it is an important in vivo anti-inflammatory receptor. TREM-2 consists of an 18 aa signal sequence, a 153 aa extracellular domain (ECD) with one V-type Ig-like domain, a 21 aa transmembrane (TM) domain, and a 35 aa cytoplasmic tail. A soluble form of TREM-2 (TREM-2b) created by alternate splicing diverges at aa 161. TREM-2 transduces intracellular signals through the adaptor DAP12. After binding of TREM-2 with ligand, the TREM-2/DAP12 (dead-cell-activated-receptor-associated protein)-mediated signal transduction pathway causes a series of intracellular protein tyrosine phosphorylation reactions and enzymatic reactions, which then activate the myeloid cells and participate T cell responses.
