冻干蛋白置于-20℃以下可长期保存，室温条件下可稳定保存3周。

打开试剂管前请先离心。
复溶浓度推荐大于100 μg/ml。
冻干蛋白请溶于ddH2O。
复溶后，请根据用量分装冻存，避免反复冻融。

Chemokine ligand 8 (CCL8,MCP-2), is a small secreted cytokine which belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. CCL8 Chemotactic factor attracts monocytes. It can bind heparin.CCL8 functions to activate different immune cells, including mast cells, eosinophils and basophils which are involved in allergic responses, monocytes, and T cells and NK cells which are involved in the inflammatory response. Its ability achieves by binding to different cell surface receptors termed chemokine receptors including CCR1, CCR2B and CCR5. It has been reported that CCL8 is a potent inhibitor of HIV-1 by virtue of its binding to CCR5 which is one of the major co-receptors for HIV-1.

Tryptophan synthase is an enzyme that catalyzes the final two steps in the biosynthesis of tryptophan. It is commonly found in Eubacteria, Archaebacteria, Protista, Fungi, and Plantae, but is absent from animals such as humans. Tryptophan synthase typically exists as an α-ββ-α complex.The alpha subunit is responsible for the aldol cleavage of indoleglycerol phosphate to indole and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate: L-serine + 1-C-(indol-3-yl)glycerol 3-phosphate = L-tryptophan + D-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate + H2O.The beta subunits catalyze the irreversible condensation of indole and serine to form tryptophan in a pyridoxal phosphate (PLP) dependent reaction. Their assembly into a complex leads to structural changes in both subunits resulting in reciprocal activation.

关于SOD1：
Superoxide Dismutase [Cu-Zn] (SOD1) is a soluble cytoplasmic and mitochondrial intermembrane space protein that belongs to the Cu-Zn superoxide dismutase family. SOD1 binds copper and zinc ions and is one of three isozymes responsible for destroying free superoxide radicals in the body. SOD1 neutralizes supercharged oxygen molecules, which can damage cells if their levels are not controlled. The enzyme protects the cell against dangerous levels of superoxide. Zinc binding promotes dimerization and stabilizes the native form. Mutations in SOD1 cause a form of familial amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Defects in SOD1 are the cause of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis type 1 (ALS1) which is a familial form of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, a neurodegenerative disorder affecting upper and lower motor neurons and resulting in fatal paralysis.
