打开试剂管前请先离心。
复溶浓度推荐大于100 μg/ml。
冻干蛋白请溶于ddH2O。
复溶后，请根据用量分装冻存，避免反复冻融。

关于SHH(C25II)：
Mouse Sonic Hedgehog Homolog (SHH) belongs to a three-protein family called Hedgehog. The other two family members are Indian Hedgehog (IHH) and Desert Hedgehog (DHH). Hedgehog proteins are key signaling molecules in embryonic development. SHH is expressed in various embryonic tissues and plays critical roles in regulating the patterning of many systems, such as limbs and brain. SHH also plays an important role in adult, including the division of adult stem cells and the development of certain cancers and other diseases.Mouse Shh is synthesized as a 437 aa precursor that contains a 24 aa signal sequence and a 413 aa mature region. The mature region is autocatalytically processed into a nonglycosylated, 20 kDa, 174 aa N­terminal fragment (Shh­N), and a catalytic­processing,glycosylated, 34 kDa, 239 aa C­terminal fragment. The 20 kDa Shh­N fragment is the core of the active hedgehog molecule. Mouse Shh­N is 99%, 98%, and 100% aa identical to human, rat and gerbil Shh­N, respectively.

Carboxypeptidase M (CPM) specifically removes C-terminal basic residues (Arg or Lys) from peptides and proteins. Carboxypeptidase exert roles in the physiological processes of blood coagulation/fibrinolysis, inflammation, food digestion and pro-hormone and neuropeptide processing. CPM is believed to play important roles in the control of peptide hormone and growth factor activity at the cell surface, and in the membrane-localized degradation of extracellular proteins. It is widely distributed in a variety of tissues and cells. CPM is involved in peptide metabolism on both the cell surface and in extracellular fluids. CPM functions not only as a protease but also as a binding partner in cell-surface protein-protein interactions.

Gastric Triacylglycerol Lipase (LIPF) belongs to the AB hydrolase superfamily. LIPF is an important lipase during the digestion of dietary lipids in cystic fibrosis. LIPF is involved in the digestion of dietary triglycerides in the gastrointestinal tract, and responsible for 30% of fat digestion processes occurring in human. LIPF is secreted by gastric chief cells in the fundic mucosa of the stomach, and it hydrolyzes the ester bonds of triglycerides under acidic pH conditions. LIPF acts distinct roles in neutral lipid metabolism.
