dsDNA HS Assay Kit是一种快速、灵敏、精确的双链DNA（dsDNA）荧光定量检测试剂盒。本试剂盒对dsDNA具有高度选择性，在0.2-100 ng区间具有很好的线性关系。本试剂盒操作简单方便，使用时只需将检测工作液与待测dsDNA样品混合，即可使用Qubit荧光仪或荧光酶标仪进行读数。操作简单，结果可靠，是NGS大规模DNA样品定量（如Input DNA定量、DNA文库定量等）的理想选择。本试剂盒对常规的污染物如蛋白质、盐类等具有较好的耐受性。

实验步骤
一、使用Qubit荧光仪进行dsDNA定量检测分析 
dsDNA HS Assay Kit是一种快速、灵敏、精确的双链DNA（dsDNA）荧光定量检测试剂盒。本试剂盒对dsDNA具有高度选择性，在0.2-100 ng区间具有很好的线性关系。本试剂盒操作简单方便，使用时只需将检测工作液与待测dsDNA样品混合，即可使用Qubit荧光仪或荧光酶标仪进行读数。操作简单，结果可靠，是NGS大规模DNA样品定量（如Input DNA定量、DNA文库定量等）的理想选择。本试剂盒对常规的污染物如蛋白质、盐类等具有较好的耐受性。
