新冠肺炎仍在肆虐,给全球的医疗和公共卫生系统带来沉重负担。新冠重症的病死率高,已累计夺走了数百万人的生命。事实上,导致病人死亡的直接因素,不是病毒本身,而是细胞因子风暴(cytokine storm)造成的多器官衰竭1。中性粒细胞被认为是细胞因子风暴的驱动因素之一,过度激活的中性粒细胞会导致高细胞因子血症(hypercytokinemia),以及肺部损伤2。 临床上常常使用免疫抑制剂来控制细胞因子风暴。地塞米松(dexamethasone)是一种人工合成的糖皮质激素,具有广泛的抗炎
血液病患者因为反复输血易发生输血反应,目前对输血反应一般应用非那根、地塞米松来控制。本科自2006年1月至2010年1月对300例患者采用不同方法预防输血反应,以探讨药物预防输血反应的效果和预防是否必要,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 300例患者均为输注少白悬浮红细胞4U的患者,包括再生障碍性贫血(AA)、急性白血病(AL)、慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、骨髓纤维化(MF)、营养性贫血等,既往有输血反应史、非那根和糖
