Soluble in water to 25 mM and in 1 eq. NaOH to 100 mM - 处理

问：不好意思，请教一个简单的问题，试剂瓶上标DL××氨基酸，是否含有D-××氨基酸和L-××氨基酸各半？答：DL氨基酸 应该是外消旋氨基酸，也就是L型与D型氨基酸各一半，旋光度为零的氨基酸。这种氨基酸生产工艺比单一旋光氨基酸简便，价格也便宜。这种氨基酸一般都是化学法生产的，Ｄ型跟Ｌ型的氨基酸可能大体上等量，也许旋光度并不正好为零。楼主做实验如果做其它不涉及旋光度的试验可以放心使用，如果是涉及到旋光度变化，应慎用，最好选用单一旋光氨基酸。加倍总量上是可以达到实验要求，如果你的反应是L型氨基酸转化
