Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 1 (CEACAM1) is a member of the Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) family, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. CEACAM1 is originally described in bile ducts of liver as biliary glycoprotein. Subsequently, it is found to be a cell-cell adhesion molecule detected on leukocytes, epithelia, and endothelia. CEACAM1 mediates cell adhesion via homophilic as well as heterophilic binding to other proteins of the subgroup. In addition, CEACAM1 plays a important role in the differentiation and arrangement of tissue three-dimensional structure, angiogenesis, apoptosis, tumor suppression, metastasis, and the modulation of innate and adaptive immune responses.

关于CD160：
CD160 antigen is a Lipid-anchor that exists as a disulfide-linked homomultimer. CD160 contains one Ig-like V-type domain. The human CD160 precursor is a cysteine-rich, glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein of 181 amino acids with a single Ig-like domain. It is weakly homologous to KIR2DL4. CD160 is expressed in the spleen, peripheral blood, and small intestine. Its expression is tightly associated with peripheral blood NK cells and CD8 T lymphocytes with cytolytic effector activity. CD160 is a receptor showing broad specificity for both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules.

关于CTH：
Cystathionine Gamma-Lyase (CTH) belongs to the trans-sulfuration enzymes family. CTH exists as a homotetramer and interacts with CALM in a calcium-dependent manner. CTH breaks down cystathionine into cysteine, ammonia and 2-oxobutanoate. CTH catalyzes the last step in the trans-sulfuration pathway from methionine to cysteine and has broad substrate specificity. Defects in CTH will lead to cystathioninuria, which is an autosomal recessive phenotype characterized by abnormal accumulation of plasma cystathionine.
