Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18(Gitr) contains 3 TNFR-Cys repeats and it have four isforms.IsformA、isformB and isformC is single-pass type I membrane protein and isformD is asecreted protein. The protein is the receptor for TNFSF18.It seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. It mediated NF-kappa-B activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway.It binds to TRAF1, TRAF2, and TRAF3, but not TRAF5 and TRAF6 and binds through its C-terminus to SIVA1/SIVA.It preferentially expressed in activated T lymphocytes and up-regulated in peripherical mononuclear cells after antigen stimulation/lymphocyte activation.

Sedoheptulokinase (SHPK) belongs to the FGGY kinase family, and is mainly located in cytoplasm. SHPK is strongly expressed in liver, kidney and pancreas. It is expressed at lower levels in placenta and heart, and very weakly expressed in lung and brain. SHPK catalyzes the chemical reaction: ATP + sedoheptulose = ADP + sedoheptulose 7-phosphatecan, It can transform sedoheptulose to sedoheptulose 7-phosphate in the condition of ATP, and acts as a modulator of macrophage activation through control of glucose metabolism. In addition, It also can be down-regulated by LPS.

CD30, also known as TNFRSF8, is a cell membrane protein of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, which regulates proliferation/apoptosis and antibody responses. CD30 is expressed by activated, but not by resting, T and B cells. Aberrant expression of CD30 by mastocytosis mast cells and interaction with its ligand CD30L (CD153) appears to play an important role in the pathogenesis and clinical presentation of systemic mastocytosis. CD30 has been considered as a specific diagnostic biomarker of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). CD30 is also a biomarker used for targeted therapy by an antibody–drug conjugate. Soluble CD30 retains the ability to bind CD30 Ligand and functions as an inhibitor of normal CD30 signaling.

Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecules (CEACAMs) belong to a group of mammalian immunoglobulin related glycoproteins. They play critical roles in cell–cell recognition. CEACAM5, also called CEA and CD66e, is characterized by having seven extracellular Ig domains and a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor. CEACAM5 is expressed primarily by epithelial cells, and functions as a calcium-independent adhesion molecule through homophilic and heterophilic interactions with CEACAM1. Studies have shown that CEACAM5 is overexpressed in a majority of carcinomas, and its overexpression can protect tumor cells from apoptosis. It is commonly used as a cancer marker.
