关于IL-37(IsoformB)：
Human Interleukin family 1 Member 7 (IL1F7) is a member of the Interleukin 1 cytokine family. Five alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported with distinct expression profiles. The longest IL1F7 transcript, referred to as IL1F7b or IL1F7 isoform 1, encodes a 218 amino acid residues proprotein containing a 45 amino acid propeptide, which is cleaved to generate mature protein. IL1F7b binds to IL18 Rα with low affinity but does not exert any IL18 agonistic or antagonistic effects. IL1F7b also binds interleukin 18 binding protein (IL-18BP), an inhibitory binding protein of interleukin 18 (IL-18), and subsequently forms a complex with IL18 receptor beta subunit, and through which it inhibits the activity of IL-18.

关于STAT1：
Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 1-Alpha/Beta (STAT1) contains one SH2 domain and belongs to the transcription factor STAT family. When tyrosine- and serine-phosphorylated, STAT1 can form a homodimer termed IFN-gamma-activated factor (GAF), migrate into the nucleus and bind to the IFN gamma activated sequence (GAS) to drive the expression of the target genes, inducing a cellular antiviral state. STAT1 functions as signal transducer and transcription activator that mediates cellular responses to interferons. Defects in STAT1 are the cause of STAT1 deficiency complete and familial candidiasis type 7.

IL2RG contains one fibronectin type-III domain. IL2RG is an important signaling component of many interleukin receptors, including those of interleukin -2, -4, -7 and -21, and is thus referred to as the common gamma chain.
