关于PLRP1：
Pancreatic Lipase-Related Protein 1 (PNLIPRP1) belongs to the Lipase family within the AB hydrolase superfamily. PNLIPRP1 is a secreted protein and contains one PLAT domain. PNLIPRP1 is involved in lipid metabolic process, acting as a negative regulator of pancreatic lipase activity by competing with pancreatic lipase for colipase occupancy. PNLIPRP1 may play a role in inhibiting dietary triglyceride digestion, but it lacks detectable lipase activity towards triglycerides, diglycerides, phosphatidylcholine, galactolipids or cholesterol esters.

关于Thymopoietin：
Thymopentin is a member of the LEM family. Thymopentin is expressed in many tissues, highly in the adult thymus and fetal liver. The N-terminal contains two structurally independent domains, LEM domain and LEM-like domain. The C-terminal domain forms a four-stranded coiled coil. Thymopentin may be involved in the structural organization of the nucleus and in the post-mitotic nuclear assembly. It is associated with T-cell development and function. Meantime, Thymopentin plays an important role, together with LMNA, in the nuclear anchorage of RB1. Thymopoietin is participated in the induction of CD90 in the thymus.

关于beta-NGF：
Human β-Nerve Growth Factor (β-NGF) was initially isolated in the mouse submandibular gland. It is composed of three non-covalently linked subunits α, β, and γ; it exhibits all the biological activities ascribed to NGF. It is structurally related to BDNF, NT-3 and NT-4 and belongs to the cysteine-knot family of growth factors that assume stable dimeric structures. Β-NGF is a neurotrophic factor that signals through its receptor β-NGF, and plays a crucial role in the development and preservation of the sensory and symp*(代"a")thetic nervous systems. Β-NGF also acts as a growth and differentiation factor for B lymphocytes and enhances B-cell survival. These results suggest that β-NGF is a pleiotropic cytokine, which in addition to its neurotropic activities may have an important role in the regulation of the immune system. Human β-NGF shares 90% sequence similarity with mouse protein and shows cross-species reactivity.
