产品及特点：
Bacterial Alkaline Phosphatase（BAP）大肠杆菌碱性磷酸酶是来源于大肠杆菌的碱性磷酸酶（BAP），本酶催化所有磷酸单酯的水解，不能催化磷酸二酯及磷酸三酯的水解，但能催化ATP等焦磷酸键的水解。它具有下列特点：
1. 在用32P标记5′-末端之前，去除RNA或DNA的5′-末端的磷酸基。
2. 去除载体DN**段的 5′-末端磷酸基。防止线状DNA自身环化（Selfligation）。活性单位定义在 25℃、pH8.0 的条件下，1 分钟内水解对**苯磷酸盐（ p-nitrophenylphosphate ）生成 1 μ mol 的对**苯酚（p-nitrophenol）所需的酶量定义为1个活性单位（U）。
纯度
1. 1 U的本酶和1 μg的λDNA-Hind III片段在37℃下反应16小时，DNA的电泳谱带不发生变化。
2. 1 U的本酶和1 μg的16S，23S rRNA在37℃下反应16小时，RNA的电泳谱带不发生变化。

本酶是一种稳定性很高、每一个酶分子中含有2个Zn2+的金属蛋白质。在螯合剂存在的条件下，100℃加热可暂时性失活，但由于恢复至室温时酶活性可以恢复，因此必须进行苯酚处理，才能使其完全失活。本酶最适pH在8.0附近，Tris等醇类化合物可使其活性提高。D6492-00 Cycle Pure Kit(5)-S Spin Column
