产品及特点
组织培养时，各种分泌蛋白会不同程度的被各种外源和内源性蛋白酶降解。为防止分泌蛋白的降解，需要在培养基中添加各种蛋白酶抑制剂。本产品就是混合各种蛋白酶抑制剂而得的200×浓缩液，溶剂为DMSO。具体有下列特点：
1. 即开即用，不需要单独购买每个成分再配制。
2. 抑制谱广，由多种蛋白酶抑制剂组成，能特异性抑制丝氨酸蛋白酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶、天门冬氨酸蛋白酶及氨基肽酶等各种蛋白酶活性。
3. 它可以与各种组织培养基兼容，在培养基中加入1/200体积即可。
