亦称三碳糖,是有 3个碳原子的单糖,即 C3 H6O3 。在生物体内糖酸解过程中,同时产生甘油醛 CH2 OH-CHOH-CHO( glyceraldehyde)、二羟丙酮 CH2 OH-CO-CH2 OH( dihydroxy acetone)的磷酸化型物质。
指DNA双链的局部,由具有互补性单链 DNA与之结合所产生的环状结构。当 DNA复制开始,在原来的双链中仅一方被新合成的短 DNA单链被置换的情况下可以见到(为 Displacement loop之简称)。可通过人工使 DNA单链结合来制成此结构。由 RNA单链所产生的类似结构称为 R环。
羟基 -α -氨基酸的一种,因其分子内具有 2个不对称碳原子,故有 4个立体异构体( L、 D、 L-a-llo D-allo),天然得到的是 L型,它广泛分布于多种蛋白质中。因通过对酪蛋白进行酶解可得到碱酸苏氨酸( Phosphothreonine),所以认为在酪蛋白里是以碱酯的形态存在。是必需氨基酸。是糖原性氨基酸在生物体内经脱氨作用被分解成为α -酮基丁酸。在鼠的试验中,饲料中的苏氨酸有 1/5— 1/3分解成为甘氨酸和乙酸,在酵母、细菌等的生物合成途径是由天门冬氨酸
